I have been able to close my last sale of the year, although we have still some days to go. This time we have sold a nice two bed apartment in Guadalmina to one of my clients. They are really happy because we found the perfect place for them.

I am very proud of being nominated as the best RE/MAX Eralia Associate Agent in 2010 at our last Christmas meeting. The categories that have been awarded are the best Associate Agent by income, the best Associate Agent by number of operations closed in cooperation with other agents and the best Associate Agent in promoting the RE/MAX Eralia brand.
I want to thank my team and all the people that is helping and supporting me in this challenging adventure. Without their help, this achievement would have been impossible in my second year as RE/MAX Eralia Associate Agent and in the actual market conditions. I think we have another challenging 2011 but with the same help and support we will overcome all the difficulties and will try again to be on the top.

The Team of RE/MAX Freiraumimmobilien in Bremen has visited Marbella with the RE/MAX Eralia team. One goal: cooperation.
The RE/MAX Eralia team has invited the RE/MAX Freiraumimmobilien (Bremen) team to spend one week in Marbella. The main goal for this meeting between the RE/MAX teams is collaboration. The RE/MAX Freiraumimmobilien team has seen properties, locations and prices so they are aware of what they can market to their customers back in Germany. They have also attend some leassons on legal procedures to purchase a property in Spain and the procedures to obtain a mortgage.

We have been able to close a new sale in Altos de La Quinta II. After identifying clearly the needs of the buyer, we found the ideal property for him. It is a really nice apartment on a really good price. Congratulations to the buyer!

How fantastic was the 2nd European RE/MAX Convention!
It was amazing to meet 500 of the best professionals of real estate! I met people from all over Europe, from Estonia to Italy and from Portugal to Israel. Really great professionals that have a lot to show you.
We went to Vienna to sold them how good is the Costa del Sol. We have the properties for their clients. If you calculate that any of them may have well over 400 buyers on their database and you consider that they are the best 500 in Europe, you just have to do the numbers! Although just a little proportion will decide to buy in Spain, the numbers are still great. As I told them, I will never be too busy for your buyers!
I met also a number of RE/MAX offices owners that were willing to have a spanish corner on their offices. They have the buyers and we have the product.

My team has been able to close a new deal for a excellent town house in Nueva Andalucia. Both the seller and the buyer are happy with the operation.
The seller never though that he was going to sell in just ONE month after signing the exclusive marketing contract with RE/MAX. However, an appropiate price based on a professional market study and the marketing campaign developed gave inmediate results.
On his side, the buyer is excited because they have bought an excellent property at a quite reasonable price taking advantage on the depressed market.

Great Success on the Openning Party of our new Shop in Nueva Andalucia
The Openning of the new RE/MAX Eralia office in Nueva Andalucia's Centro Plaza was a complete success. Agents from the Costa del Sol, even from Málaga, friends, professionals and clients came to the extraordinary party celebrated at the exterior of the office.
A drinking bar was installed with freezed champagne and fresh fruit to help to bear with the extreme hot we had that day. However, everybody enjoyed and had a really good time.
We took the opprotunity to close our relations with the rest of the agencies as in this complicated market we see it as one of the best ways to go forward.

NEW SALE FOR MY TEAM!!
After a lot of work and one year of contacts, I have been able to sell one of the best plots in Puerto del Almendro. Close to 5.000 sqm, besides a green zone and with sea views for a great price. It was an opportunity the buyers could not leave.

First Semester's Results
We keep on growing! While 70 % of the Spanish real estate agencies have disappeared, RE/MAX systems and procedures allow the company to grow and grow even in these complicated times. We have gone from sixteen Associated Agents in the Costa del Sol and two offices in the beginning of 2010 to twenty three Associated Agents and three offices in June 2010.
This third new office has been opened in one of the busiest and centric commercial centres of Nueva Andalucía, Centro Plaza.

Great Success of Las Colinas de Marbella Open House
The recent Open House celebrated at Colinas de Marbella, 28 was a complete success. An important number of agents, clients, potential buyers and friends came on that day to see the property that was almost sold on the same day. We had a really nice day and everybody could enjoy the panoramic views that this property offers.
