I am more than proud to have been invited to talk at the RE/MAX European Convention. We are about 10.000 agents in Europe and it is an honor for me to have been selected among so many real good professionals of the real estate industry.

The Convention will take place between 20 and 22 of September in Vienna and it is a really good opportunity to meet RE/MAX agents from all around Europe and to sell them how good is the Costa del Sol for their clients.

We keep on growing!

My team has been able to close a new deal for a excellent town house in Nueva Andalucia. Both the seller and the buyer are happy with the operation.

The seller never though that he was going to sell in just ONE month after signing the exclusive marketing contract with RE/MAX. However, an appropiate price based on a professional market study and the marketing campaign developed gave inmediate results.

On his side, the buyer is excited because they have bought an excellent property at a quite reasonable price taking advantage on the depressed market.

Great Success on the Openning Party of our new Shop in Nueva Andalucia

The Openning of the new RE/MAX Eralia office in Nueva Andalucia's Centro Plaza was a complete success. Agents from the Costa del Sol, even from Málaga, friends, professionals and clients came to the extraordinary party celebrated at the exterior of the office.

A drinking bar was installed with freezed champagne and fresh fruit to help to bear with the extreme hot we had that day. However, everybody enjoyed and had a really good time.

We took the opprotunity to close our relations with the rest of the agencies as in this complicated market we see it as one of the best ways to go forward.
